Materials needed

💚Sift the chickpea flour and add the oil, evaporated milk, salt and boiling water to it, mix and knead, let it bloom for about 4 hours (this is a thick mixture).
💚 Add a teaspoon of boiled coconut oil to the puffed flour and mix.
💚Take a bowl, put sugar and water in it and put it on the stove, when it boils slightly, add a tablespoon of milk
💚Remove the foam material that comes to the top and turn off the stove, strain it and keep it aside from the stove.poon of milk
💚 Put the oil pan on the stove and when it is hot, put the flour mixture into the oil in lumps with a hollow coconut shell or a 1 cm diameter extra oil ladle.
💚After the udoon rises from the oil, take out the pot, put the udoon in the bowl with sugar, leave it for a minute, after absorbing the moisture, put it in another bowl.

♥️Red color - Boiled juice of beetroot or vadamal
💚 Green color - The juice squeezed out of the rind of the watermelon and put in a piece of cloth
