Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Materials needed

Chicken (pickled) 500 grams

🧆 Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 200 grams

🧆 Onion (finely chopped) 50 grams

🧆 Tomatoes (cut into small pieces) 40 grams

🧆 Raw chilli pods (finely chopped) 3

🧆 Karapincha (finely ground) 1 tbsp

🧆 Raw figs (finely grated) 1 tbsp

🧆 1 teaspoon of finely ground white salt

🧆 1 teaspoon of salt

🧆 1 teaspoon of pepper powder

🧆 1 liter of oil

🧆 Chilli powder is 1 tbsp

🧆 A piece of cinnamon bark
