Udu Vade
Materials needed
🌶️Udu is 500 grams
🌶️ 50 grams of red onion
🌶️ 25 grams of raw chilies
🌶️ A little turmeric powder
🌶️ Salt to taste
🌶️ 100 grams of carrots
🌶️100 grams of leeks
🌶️ Cabbage is 50 grams

🥕 Make flour. Add salt and keep aside.
🥕Wash leeks, carrots, cabbage and finely chop them.
🥕 Add all the above to the flour and knead.
🥕 After the oil is heated, take some flour (wet your hand in water) and make a small hole on the palm and put it in the oil.
🥕 Save the oil after frying until golden.
🥕 If it is too runny, add some boiled flour and some baking soda and knead.
🥕 A small hole is made to prevent bursting and splashing of oil.
🥕This can be made without any vegetables. A sambol made of green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, onions, coconut, salt, thinly sliced and thickened with this vade is ideal.
