Avocado Mousse Cake

         Required                        Items

  1. Marie biscuits                 : 110g
  2. Butter                             : 100g
  3. Icing Sugar                     : 100g
  4. Sugar                              : 5
  5. Gelatin                           : 15g
  6. Fresh Cream                  : 15g
  7. Egg yolk                         : 04 Ring ( Cake block without bottom part)
  8. Avocado (Blended)        : 1 1/2Tea cup 

 Preparation

  1. Blend then Marie biscuits and add icing sugar with butter to make a paste.
  2. Place the ring (cake block without bottom part) on a plate or aluminum foil and pour the blended mixture. Accordingly press the mixture in the cake block and keep in a refrigerator.
  3. Add ¼ tea cup of water to Avocado and blend.
  4. Add 1 table spoon of water in to gelatin and double boil.
  5. Blend the fresh cream.
  6. Then beat the egg yolk and sugar together. Accordingly add Avocado into it and mix them properly.
  7. Then add the beat fresh cream into the mixture and mix properly while adding the gelatin.
  8. Then pour this on to the Marie biscuit mixture and place it in the refrigerator.
  9. Once it got solid take it out of the refrigerator and remove the ring to decorate it.

·        This fruit prevent the heart deceases. Also it contains healthy cholesterol for the human body. On the other hand this improves the blood circulation system of the human body. In addition, this helps to improve the eye side (vision) and this will helps to keep up the young skin.
