Country cake 🥧
Materials needed
🥧Rataidhi (thinly sliced) 375 grams
🥧250 grams of butter or margarine
🥧125 grams of sugar
🥧125 grams of bread flour or rice flour
🥧 4 eggs
🥧 1/2 tea spoon of sweet powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
🥧 1/4 cup of water
Setting
🎂Put sugar and butter or margarine together and whisk until sugar dissolves
🎂 Sift together the bread flour and baking powder and add to the butter mixture
🎂Mix the finely grated dates with water and baking soda and add to the bread flour mixture.
🎂Put banana leaves or oil paper on a plate and put the cake mixture on it and leave it for about 1/2 hour.
🎂Then bake for 45 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius
