MIXED SALAD

   Materials needed

            Cucumber                        50g
            Pineapple                         50g
            Tomato                             50g
            Carrot (Half boiled)         50g
            Salad Leaves                    50g
            Big Onion                        50g

    Preparation:

  • v Vegetables and pineapple except salad leaves, cut into 1/2 inch square shapes.
  • v Prepare the sauce as per the bellow instruction
  • v Then mix the salad together with sauce and put them into a dish to decorate the dish with salad leaves.
  • v This dish is sufficient for four persons.
           SAUCE for MIXED SALAD

        Item                              Quantity
        Grinded mustard          10g
        Sugar5gTea                  5g
                 Pepper Tea                   spoon 1/4
                 Salt Table                     spoon 1/4
        Vinegar Table               spoon 2
        Corn oil                        spoon 2

    Preparation:

Mix the grinded mustard, salt, sugar and pepper with little quantity of vinegar by adding oil, drop by drop. You may add the remaining vinegar to get the liquidity as per your requirement.

  • Important:

         In most of the vegetables there are chemicals in little quantities, which are  called vitamins that require for the functions of the human body in little quantities. Fruits and vegetables contain sufficient vitamins and water.
