Materials needed
🥛Rice is 1 kilo
🥛 Boiling water

Cut and drain the washed rice
After that, fry well and separate the parts. Add salt water and required amount of boiling water to the remaining part and knead.
Take a little bit of the kneaded flour and make it with a mani wang (this indiyappa mortar is made by making the holes of the hopper mortar bigger)
Pour it lengthwise (like strings) in a bowl
Sprinkle the flour that has been reserved first and break it into thin pieces by hand
Then strain the eyes with a colander and boil it with pittu bamboo.
It can be eaten by adding coconut milk and sugar.(Manipittu can also be made with bread flour.
It is also eaten with chili curry.
