Donut

    Materials needed

• 1 kg of flour
• 100 grams of cooking chocolate
• 100 grams of butter
• 75 grams of sugar
• 25 grams of yeast
• 25 grams of salt
• 175 ml of oil
• 02 eggs

    How to prepare

• Mix flour, sugar, eggs, salt, yeast and 50 grams of butter to it, add a little water and knead to a non-sticky texture and keep it for about 30 minutes.
• After that, make balls of about 25 grams of the mixture and leave it for about 10 minutes
• Make a hole in the center of the ball with your finger and fry it like urdu vada
• Put the cooking chocolate and the remaining 50 grams of butter in a bowl, double boil and pour over the fried chocolate
• Spread pastry cream on center of 1 donut
• Makes enough for about 12 people
