 Materials needed

💚 50 grams of coarse rice flour

💚 Kurakkan flour 250 grams1 tablespoon of bread flour

💚Pani M.L. 175

💚 50 grams of red sugar

💚 A piece of finely grated coconut

💚 1/2 cup of coconut water

💚 Mountain leaves are just needed

💚 Salt according to taste

🥥 Squeeze 2 tablespoons of condensed milk from the grated coconut and set aside.

🥥 Put a pan on the stove and let the coconut water boil with sugar and add coconut and salt to it and boil it.

🥥 When it gets hot, remove it from the stove and let it cool down

🥥 The prepared coconut mixture should be slightly watery.

🥥  Mix the three types of flour and add coconut and stir well.

🥥 After drying, lightly spread coconut milk on the kanda leaf, keep the dough slightly, fold the kanda leaf and press it with your palm and steam it.
