Hopper
Materials needed
- 200 grams of rice flour
- liquid milk ml. 170 people
- Milk milk ml. 150
- 1 egg
- 1 gram of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Hopper soda 1/2 teaspoon

Keep the milk aside and knead all the other ingredients in the milk.
Then add milk to it and knead it again for about 15 minutes.
Then put a pan on the stove, put sesame oil or coconut oil in it, put a spoonful of the mixture and swirl it all over the pan as a thin layer and close it with a lid and roast it.
Only 6 hoppers can be made.
(Hoppers can be baked without batter)
