Prawns Devil

         Items                                         required

  1.  Prawns                                              : 250g
  2. Tomatoes (cut into thin pieces)         : 50g
  3. Onion (cut into thin pieces)                : 15g
  4. Garlic (cut into thin pieces)                : 1 Tea spoon
  5. Ginger (cut into thin pieces)               : ½Tea spoon
  6. Salt                                                    : 1 Tea spoon
  7. Turmeric                                            : 1/2 Tea spoon
  8. Lemon                                               : 1 Tea spoon
  9. Green Chili (Chopped into 4 pieces) : 8 Nos
  10. Curry leaves                                       : 10 Nos
  11. Chili Pieces                                        : 1 Table spoon
  12. Oil                                                     : ½ Tea cup
  13. Cinnamon ¼ inch                               : 1 pcs
  14. Rampe Leave ¼ inch                         : 1 pcs

Preparation

  • Clean the prawns without removing the tale part. Chop the back bone side of the prawns and wash properly to remove the dirt.
  • After washing the prawns add turmeric, salt, lemon and mix properly. After that add oil into a container and keep it on a stove. When oil get boiled add the mixture and fry. After that remove the fried mixture without oil.
  • Keep a container on a stove and add 2 table spoons of oil. When it boils add onion, Rampe leaves, curry leaves, cinnamon, green chili and fry it until they get gold color. There after add garlic, ginger, chili pieces and mix them properly. Fry them all in an average fire.
  • Then add tomatoes. When tomatoes getting boiled add prawns. Cook them for 30 seconds and remove the container from the stove. Then add lemon and mix well.
  • This is sufficient for four (04) people.
  • By adding onion cut into large pieces, tomatoes, capsicum and leeks we can make the devil so delicious and we can multiply the quantity as well.
