Materials needed
- Pineapple (slightly half-ripe pineapple)
- Country onion nuts 03
- 06 pods of green chillies
- A tablespoon of chili flakes
- Salt as needed
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- A pinch of curry powder
- A little mackerel
- Oil as needed
- Rampe
- A teaspoon of sugaror 02
- A piece of cinnamon bark

- Cut the pineapple into small pieces
- Put some oil in a pan and add curry leaves/rampe/onions/green chillies and let it fry for a while.
- Then add the pieces of yellow salt, chillies/ mackerel and stir well and keep it for some time
- Then add the pineapple and cinnamon peels and fry well (reduce the flame and let the pineapple steam)
- Then add some sugar and mix for a while
- After the pineapple is cooked well, taste it and take it off the stove
