Chocolate mousse
Materials needed
🍫 Cooking chocolate is 600 grams
🍫 400 grams of butter
🍫 120 grams of sugar
🍫 20 grams of gelatin
🍫 Fresh cream is 600 ml
🍫 Water is 50 ml

Double boil the chocolate and butter
Heat sugar and water till it thickens (soft boil).
Add a tablespoon of water to the gelatin and double boil it if you want to dissolve it
Put 10 eggs in a bowl and separate the yolks of 4 more eggs and mix it.
Beat eggs well and add soft boiled sugar to it and beat well
Add boiled chocolate and butter to the mixture, mix it, add fresh cream and gelatin, mix it well, put it in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator.
