sweet butter cookies for tea time

Materials needed

🍪 400 grams of flour

🍪 400 grams of sugar

🍪 Cashews (roasted and chopped) 400 grams

🍪 150 grams of butter

🍪 Egg whites

🍪 2 teaspoons of vanilla

🍪 Baking soda 01 tbsp

🍪 Beat butter and sugar well

🍪Whisk the egg whites and add to the butter mixture

🍪 Sift the flour and baking soda together, add to the butter mixture and stir well.

🍪Then add cashews and vanilla

  Put a nozzle of the prepared flour mixture in a piping bag and pipe it onto a tray smeared with butter in the form of drops in the diameter of a trench, and bake it for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees centigrade.
