Ginger beer
Materials needed
1/4 pound of ginger
🥃Yeast is 1/2 teaspoon
🥃 1 tablespoon of lime essence
🥃Lime puree (peel of 4 limes)
🥃 1/2 pound of sugar
🥃 3 bottles of water

Boil the ginger for twenty minutes
🍻 Add lime, lime peel, sugar and boil again
🍻After straining well, add yeast and lime essence
🍻This ginger beer can be stored for three or four months by putting it in bottles and boiling it tightly.
