Personal hygiene prior to prepare foods
- It is needed to limit the creams and lotions used
for beauty purposes.
- Fingernails
should be kept short and trimmed.
(Need to limit the usage of nail polish)
- Hair need to comb properly and it is recommended to
cover the hair with a hair cap
- Using of rings, bands, watches, etc need to limit.
- Males who have beard need to maintain in a cleanly
manner.
- It is advised to clean the hands properly using
soap, prior to start cooking.
- The person who prepares food has to have proper hygiene and be pleasant
- Rice (Samba) 500g
- Chicken 250g
- Onion 150g
- Tomatoes 200g
- Cumin Powder 25g
- Coriander Powder 25g
- Chili Powder 25g
- Turmeric Powder Tea spoon 1
- Garam Masala Powder 10g
- Ghee Oil Table Spoons 6
- Ginger/Garlic Paste Table spoons 2
- Fresh green Chili 08 pcs
- Cumin Seeds Table Spoon 1
- Curd Tea Cup 1
- Cardamom 2pcs
- Cloves 2pcs
- Cinnamon 1/2’ size pieces 1
- Cinnamon Leaves 1
- Salt Tea Spoon 1/2
Preparation of the Rice
- Fried egg dipped in turmeric (Egg has to be chopped into 4 pcs) 01
- Chopped Tomatoes 60g
- Coriander leaves 50g
- Fried cashew nuts 50g
- Fried Sultanas 50g
- Fried green chili 04pcs
Garam Masala Powder
(Cardamom, Cloves and Snasil are to be fried and blended to get powder)
Chicken curry preparation
- Chicken needs to cut into pieces and mixed with salt
to keep 5 minutes.
- Then boil the ghee oil and fry the Cumin, Cloves, Cardamom,
and Cinnamon.
- Add to fry the onion,
green chili and tomatoes. Accordingly mix them properly.
- There after add the
blended ginger and garlic to fry. Accordingly add seasoned chicken and mix them
properly.
- Also add curd and curry
powder with little water to prepare the chicken curry.
- Cook the rice adding
suitable quantity of water. After cooking the rice share the rice to other
container safely.
- There after add rice
layer and top of it add coriander leaves. Then on the coriander layer add
chicken layer. Continue process with a rice layer. On the top of the rice layer
place a clean white cloth and cook the rice for 10-15 minutes with average heat
(fire).
- Finally decorate the
cooked rice and Enjoy.
