Katu Anoda light pudding
Materials needed Quantities
- of Anoda, de-seeded 500 grams
- of milk 500 ml
- of fresh cream 500 ml
- of sugar 300 ml
- of gelatin 150 grams
- of eggs 25 grams
How make
- Grind the thorn and grind it well or in a blender.
- Mix milk with 150 grams of sugar and bring to a boil.
- Then add a little boiling milk (c ¼) to the beaten egg yolks and stir well.
- Now add it to the boiling milk mixture and stir it, turn off the heat and mix the dissolved gelatin and let it cool well and strain it.
- Put the fresh milk in the refrigerator and keep it on ice after it is frozen and beat it until it forms a paste
- Now add the fresh milk beaten to the previously prepared sugar and milk mixture and stir well.
- Then put the kattu anoda mixture in a container of your choice and refrigerate.
- Enough for about 10 people.
